What is the Access Benefits Program?
The Access Benefits program is for members of the USU, providing a whole new dimension of benefits during university life – on and off campus. The program aims to save you significant dollars in the areas where you spend the most or make high value purchases.
How do I sign up for Access Benefits?
Registration is easy – you simply need to join your USU and you’re entitled to the program and will receive an Access card. You can fill in the registration and payment form on our join up page, then take your receipt & photo ID into the ACCESS Centre to get your Access card.
Why do you need my personal email address?
We need your personal email address so we can send you HTML emails and contact you freely both during and outside semester. There is a lot going on via the university email system so it is a sure fire way to ensure you receive the information you need. In providing your personal email address you also need to add us to your safe senders list to ensure you don't miss out on unbelievable offers because we're sitting in junk mail!
What do I do if a Partner organisation doesn't recognise the offer when I try to redeem it?
Our Partner staff are provided with information sheets and copies of all the promotional material so this shouldn't happen. However, some of our Partners are huge and have lots of shop fronts and staff, so if someone has slipped through the net, don't sweat it, simply contact us remembering the location, date and if possible name of the staff member and we'll sort it out.
What's the catch?
There's no catch. You simply need to be aware of the program and individual Partner terms and conditions. Other than that, there are no smoke and mirrors in this program. If an offer appears to be too good to be true it really is that good.
When does my Access card expire?
Your Access card expires on the 31st December each year. Some individual Partner offers only last a short time though so check the expiry of each offer you're interested in.
